Critical temperature monitoring
Wireless warehouse temperature collection, data logging for USDA audits, email alarms, and custom dashboards.
Lake level monitor
HMI and dam gate position display with US Geological Survey station data, upstream water-level and flow trends, and outflow information.
Critical boiler monitoring
Steam-pressure monitoring, email alarms, and custom dashboards for a food-processing operation.
Food processing line
Cooking and pump controls for a soup co-packer, steam-temperature PID, stainless food-grade enclosures, more than 60 pneumatic valve controls, batching, CIP controls, and check-weigher data collection.
Analog-to-Digital drive interface
Converted 19 drives from potentiometer to digital control. Added pump dry-run protection, mixer recipes, and drive safety. Reusing the existing units saved the customer $65,000.
Air filter indexer for ultrasonic welding
Replaced 1996 HMI and servo-indexer units, reproduced the HMI program, adapted the servo motor to the existing gearbox and amplifier to existing wiring, then tested and started up the machine.
Pallet topper rebuild
Reused a machine from an older line, built a new PLC/HMI control panel, cleaned and painted the machine, and replaced air lines and cables.
